"I have been a customer of State Farm since I was 16 yrs old, I am now 61. I can honestly NOT recommend this office. When I first joined this office, I elected to have a certain amount of deductible on my wife's car, since it was newer then our other vehicle. A year or so later, I noticed that the deductible was incorrect. What I failed to notice and I know I had requested it, was rental car insurance. I did correct the amount of deductible. Not long after this, I had to put in a claim and guess what, I had no rental car insurance. I have NEVER not had rental car insurance. Of course I had to pay out of pocket for this, as we are a family of 4. Ultimately, it is my fault, but I know I stated rental car insurance. Fast forward, and my daughter is 15 years old. I received a phone call from a 'person' in this office stating that they were adding her to my insurance. I told them you are not, then I was informed that it was Texas law. Really? For a 15 year old? Then this person dropped it. Now, a few months later, she did turn 16 and did obtain her license and was added to my insurance. I was told a certain amount, but it actually was higher, not surprised. I was informed that she would receive a discount because of her honor roll status. So I quickly submitted her grades as requested...all was well. That was in May. Jun, July and August, I was contacted by this agency and informed that if I didn't submit to them her grades, I would lose the discount. And again, I replied to them with the same email chain with her grades on it. Then in August, received my typical email from them with my bill. It went from $255 to $$395 a month! No phone call, nothing. I asked why wasn't I notified of such a huge increase? 'We can't reach out to all of our customers when changes like this happen.' When I asked them why such a huge increase, I was told that 'its natural that the rates go up....from $255 to $355.' No, but OK, what about the other $50? 'Oh, corporate didn't run your daughters discount, so now we have broken it down in 3 payments over 3 months and added it to your bill.' What? So you didn't do your job, and now I have to pay for it? There have been other issues as well. I do like State Farm, but not this office. I will be leaving shortly. If you do join them, I recommend that you CONSTANTLY review your policy, rates and bills. I regret not doing so, but I have never had to up until now. Good luck."

"Mr. Gaddis, Thank you for sharing your experience, I welcome feedback whether it be good or bad. Since I did personally start your account with you about 2 years ago, I am familiar with your concerns you addressed. Regarding the coverages (deductibles & rental), I do have detailed notes of our conversations over the years and changes you instructed to make to the policy. The Good Grades discount mishap was a technical error in our system that did not send the document through the first time we received it, and the follow up communication afterwards was an error on our part, so I do apologize for that. I know we spoke recently, but if you would like to discuss any issues more in detail, I am happy to do so. Thank you for your continued business and choosing to stay with State Farm!"

"Very disappointed in State Farm as a company for refusing to insure my newly built house solely because I had 2 hail roof claims in the last 5 years. As if I have control over the weather"

"Hello Mr. Lewis, I do see the two hail claims referenced State Farm paid out over the last few years for you. That is one of the companies underwriting guidelines for new homes written, and it is unfortunate that we could not insure your new home for you at this time. My office will continue to provide the best customer service we can for you, and in the next year or two the hail claims should fall off and your home should be eligible with us if you would like to check back with us then, thank you."

"I have all of my insurance (home, auto, umbrella) with Chris. He has proven to be very informative and responsive. Recently we had a windshield replacement that had large scratches on the new windshield left by the vendor. They tried ghosting us but Chris worked hard to make sure they “made it right”. Chris and his team recognize the importance of having someone you trust in your corner when life requires you to call your insurance rep."

"I recently joined State Farm Insurance and have had nothing but a stress free and pleasurable experience. On top of the best rates I could find for my vehicles....They also have a awesome drive safe incentive that saves you money if you drive well. The office staff is very helpful and kind. Marcie is very knowledgeable. She walks you thru step by step so you understand everything thoroughly. Zach is always professional and courteous. Janie was initially who signed me up for the insurance. She was very kind and patient with my many questions and concerns.. I have spoken to the Agent Chris as well and he was also very nice and attentive. They are extremely reasonable and always work with you if you need help..I HIGHLY recommend this state farm team."

"Had a person strike my truck in a parking lot and leave the scene. Mr Gann and the state farm team were awesome in getting me taken care of to include sending me to Caliber Collision center, and they were awesome. Got my truck repaired with new parts in less than 4 days. Very impressive and I am extremely grateful. Thanks to all involved."
